Dispatch & Delivery Policy
- We dispatch orders within 5-15 days of placement — most usually ship within a week.
- For made-to-order jewellery, the dispatch time may extend to 10-15 days as each piece is handcrafted with care.
- We dispatch all orders only after a thorough quality check. If the process takes a little longer than expected, our team will keep you updated on the status.
Domestic Delivery
- Once dispatched, your order will reach you within 3-4 working days.
- You can track your order through the link shared via email and WhatsApp.
Pan-India Shipping
- We offer shipping across India at a nominal fee of ₹70.
- Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹1500.
International Orders
- International deliveries typically take 7-10 days from dispatch.
- Standard shipping charges apply (customs duties, if applicable, are not included).
Partial Cash on Delivery (Shipping)
- Partial COD is not available on personalised orders and also not for international shipping.
Partial COD Policy
- The Partial COD amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- If your order returns to our hub due to failed delivery, incorrect number, or unavailability, you can request a re-dispatch.
- For re-dispatch, you must pay:
- Remaining order amount (prepaid)
- Shipping charges, if applicable
- Re-dispatched orders are sent only on a prepaid basis (COD not available).
- Please ensure your contact number and address are correct to avoid delivery issues.
- If a COD order is denied upon delivery, it will be marked as a cancelled order by the receiver.
- All COD orders must be confirmed prior to dispatch.
For Partial COD orders, the amount paid in advance is non-refundable.
